We process refunds, resends, or returns for valid issues like damaged goods (with photos/videos as proof), unopened, unused, buyer complaints (screenshots required), or return requests if our team approves. Unacceptable cases include buyer remorse, wrong orders/SKUs by buyer, or incorrect addresses; disputes can’t be filed after order closure or without traceable tracking.
